1. Drawing /Paintings should adhere directly to the given topic.

2. Category wise medium:

• Krishna (LKG and UKG) : Crayon / Colour Pencil
• Ganga (1st - 4th std) :         Crayon / Colour Pencils
• Yamuna (5th to 7th Std) :    Watercolour
• Saraswati (8th to 10th Std): Watercolour
• Kaveri (+1 and +2) :            Watercolour/ Acrylic

3. Topics
    The topic will be announced through a link that opens only 15 minutes before the commencement of  the competition. 

4. Competition Time:  Starts IST 10.00 AM to  IST 1.30 PM on 6th Sep 2020 

5.  Size of the paper sheet should be A3. 

6. With clear border 2 centimeters from all the four edges of the paper.

7.  Each entry must contain the mandatory watermark that is given for each category at the time of topic announcement.

8.  Entries without the watermark will not be considered for judgment.

9.  Water mark and the border should be hand-drawn with a thick permanent marker. The inside of the watermark shape must be left blank.

10. Photograph of the paintings must be clear, taken in a bright room. Photograph should not be clicked under direct sunlight.

11. The edges of the photograph must align well with the edges of the painting.

12. The watermark must be drawn clearly with a black marker or black sketch-pen.

13. The inside of the watermark must be left blank

14. Registration Number to be written in the border.

15. The images of the paintings must be sent in Jpeg (Image) Format only to the mail id shyamabalagokulam@gmail.com with your category and register number to be mentioned as subject.

പാലിക്കേണ്ട നിയമങ്ങളും നിയന്ത്രണങ്ങളും.

1 ചിത്രരചന/പെയിന്റിങ്ങ് തന്നിരിക്കുന്ന വിഷയങ്ങൾ ഉൾക്കൊണ്ടാകണം.

2. ഓരോ വിഭാഗത്തിനും ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്ന  മാധ്യമം.

• കൃഷ്ണ(LKG&UKG). ക്രയോൺസ് /കളർ പെൻസിൽ.
• ഗംഗ.(1st to 4th std). ക്രയോൺസ്/കളർപെൻസിൽ
• യമുന.(5th to 7th std). വാട്ടർകളർ മാത്രം.
• സരസ്വതി.(8th to 10th std). വാട്ടർകളർ മാത്രം.
• കാവേരി.(+1&+2). വാട്ടർളർ/Acrylic.

3.വിഷയങ്ങൾ മത്സരം തുടങ്ങുന്നതിന് 15 മിനിട്ട് മുന്നേ മാത്രം ഓപ്പൺ ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയുന്ന ലിങ്കിലൂടെ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

4. മത്സരത്തിന്റെ സമയം. 2020 സെപ്റ്റംബർ ആറാം തീയതി രാവിലെ പത്ത് മണി മുതൽ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1.30 വരെ.

5. ചിത്രരചനകൾ A3 സൈസ് പേപ്പറിൽ ആയിരിക്കണം.

6. പേപ്പറിന്റെ നാല് വശങ്ങളിലും 2cm വീതിയുള്ള ബോർഡർലൈൻ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.

7. എല്ലാ വിഭാഗങ്ങളും നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്ന വാട്ടർമാർക്ക് സൃഷ്ടികളിൽ  രേഖപ്പെടുത്തണം.

8. വാട്ടർമാർക്ക് ഇല്ലാത്ത സൃഷ്ടികൾ മത്സരത്തിന് പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

9. മത്സരത്തിനായി അയക്കുന്ന സൃഷ്ടികളുടെ ഫോട്ടോഗ്രാഫുകൾ വ്യക്തതയുള്ളതും തെളിച്ചമുള്ളതും ആയിരിക്കണം.സൂര്യപ്രകാശം നേരിട്ട് ലഭിക്കുന്ന രീതിയിൽ ഫോട്ടോ എടുക്കാതിരിക്കുക.

10. പെയിന്റിങ്ങിന്റേയും ഫോട്ടോഗ്രാഫിന്റേയും വശങ്ങൾ വ്യതിചലിക്കാതെ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കണം.

11. വാട്ടർമാർക്ക് കറുപ്പ് നിറത്തിലുള്ള മാർക്കറോ സ്കെച്ച്പേനയോ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വേണം രേഖപ്പെടുത്താൻ.

12. ഓരോ വിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്കും ഉള്ള വാട്ടർമാർക്കിന്റെ മാതൃക മത്സരദിവസം നൽകുന്നതാണ്.

13. വാട്ടർമാർക്കിന്റെ ഉൾഭാഗം ശൂന്യമായി ഒഴിച്ചിടണം.

14. പേപ്പറിന്റെ ബോർഡറിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തണം.

15. ഫോട്ടോഗ്രാഫുകൾ Jpeg(image) എന്ന ഫോർമാറ്റിൽ മാത്രമേ അയക്കാൻ പാടുള്ളൂ. അയക്കേണ്ട മെയിൽ ഐഡി. shyamabalagokulam@gmail.com
